Six buildings, one master plan, and six different price points. Ajwan Khorfakkan is Shurooq's beachfront community on Sharjah's East Coast — 185 apartments and duplexes facing the Gulf of Oman with the Hajar Mountains behind — but the developer prices each building on its own terms, and the spread between them is the first thing worth understanding before choosing a unit. This page is the building-by-building listing; for the market case and the developer background, see our Insights briefing.

Building Profiles
Ghadeer — named for the Arabic word for "stream," 24 apartments across five floors with private terraces on every unit and direct boardwalk and marina access. Views run garden, port, island, and partial sea/beach; the entry point into the collection.
Saahil — "shore" in Arabic, the tallest of the three at eight floors and 39 units, with direct boardwalk access and full-privacy positioning on three sides. Garden, beach, sea, port and island views across the collection.
Mawj — 27 apartments across five floors with direct access to Ajwan's private beach — the only one of the three with that distinction. Beach, sea and garden views, described by the developer in a coastal-contemporary design language.
All three sit within 3 minutes of the Al Rabi hiking trail, 5 minutes of the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre and waterfall, 8 minutes of Al Rafisah Dam, and roughly 60 minutes of Sharjah Airport.
The Community
The master plan is anchored around a private marina, dedicated beach access, a waterpark, swimming pools, landscaped grounds, retail and F&B, and a planned hotel. Phase 3's Layan tower fronts the seafront boardwalk and retail area; Juman fronts the marina.
Which Ajwan Khorfakkan building should I look at first?
Depends on the mandate: Ghadeer is the lowest entry point with partial views; Saahil and Mawj carry a beachfront/boardwalk premium of roughly 40-50% on comparable duplex stock but offer direct beach or full-privacy positioning.
